Jeremy Lederman

Partner, Commercial

Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Jeremy graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1984 with a degree in law (and then worked for two years in the Civil Service). He was admitted as a solicitor in 1989. Jeremy trained at Rayner, de Wolfe and subsequently headed their Litigation Department. Jeremy deals with a wide range of international and domestic litigation, arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He acts for UK and overseas clients and frequently works alongside lawyers from a number of jurisdictions.

His areas of work include aviation (acting for airlines), acting for banks and factoring companies, contractual disputes, debt recovery, claims arising from mergers and acquisitions, financial services and insurance litigation, fraud, insolvency, intellectual property, IT disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, regulatory work and political white collar crime. Jeremy runs seminars and talks for clients and government officials on subjects of interest.

When not in the office, Jeremy chases after his energetic young son and enjoys foreign beers.
