Recruitment

Our aim is to further grow our firm through developing our existing lawyers and reinforce our existing services through recruiting excellent lawyers. We are always open to approaches from senior lawyers with good client following and an ethos similar to our own in delivering legal services in each of our specialist areas of commercial, property and private client.

Whilst our normal approach is to recruit through our key recruitment consultants with whom we have close relationships, should you feel that we would be a good match for your practice and ambitions we would be happy to hear from you. Trainees

Along with many other firms of our size, we have decided for business reasons that we will no longer, recruit trainees directly through applications for a training contract. This means that from January 2008 we will not be taking trainees every year as we have done in the past. Instead where there is a specific business need in any department for assistance at that level, a paralegal will be recruited for that department. This is not meant as an alternative method of recruiting trainees, but we may offer that person a training contract depending on our business requirements at the relevant time.
