TraineesAlong with many other firms of our size, we have decided for business reasons that we will no longer, recruit trainees directly through applications for a training contract. This means that from January 2008 we will not be taking trainees every year as we have done in the past. Instead where there is a specific business need in any department for assistance at that level, a paralegal will be recruited for that department. This is not meant as an alternative method of recruiting trainees, but we may offer that person a training contract depending on our business requirements at the relevant time. |
