Personal Chattels: Law, Practice and Tax
Earlier this summer, Sweet and Maxwell published Ann Stanyer's book on Personal Chattels - Law, Practice and Tax. Ann Stanyer, heads up Cumberland Ellis's Private Client department. Her authoritative book gives an account of the law surrounding the ownership, transfer, and taxation of personal chattels and how the law could be amended. The book is the first and foremost work in its field. A formal book launch will take place this autumn.
