No Complaints at Grievance Seminar

On 6 November Cumberland Ellis’ Employment Team held a seminar at Atrium Court on ‘Resolving Grievances and Avoiding Tribunal Claims’ aimed at HR professionals and line managers.
Mark Shulman, head of the Employment Department, solicitor Charlotte Cecil and guest speaker Dr Hugh Billot, Managing Director of HR consultancy HR+ Limited, spoke about how grievances might arise, how to address them and possible settlement strategies in relation to Employment Tribunal claims.
The evening was well attended by clients and contacts and concluded with a lively drinks reception.
