Mark Shulman co-presents Butterworths Employment Law Webinar
On 8th September Mark Shulman, Head of our Employment Department, co-presented one of Butterworths Employment Law Webinars which was chaired by the distinguished academic, Professor Robert Upex. Mark, together with Paul Rose QC of Old Square Chambers, provided a general update on unfair dismissal case law. Mark's contribution to the webinar focussed on recent developments in whistleblowing, redundancy and age discrimination.
The seminar was very popular with over 120 people watching live on the web and concluded with a lively series of questions to the panel of presenters.
